She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. Czyzyk. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Waladkewics (Michael) and Laura Rowley; her grandsons, William R. Stewart, Sr., Tommy and Tyler Rowley; her great grandchildren, William R. Stewart, Jr. and Hunter Michael Stewart; her siblings, Mare Kuhn (John) and Michael Reimer; and her friend William F. Hutchinson. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
