She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Caccavalo and Theresa Caccavalo; and her husband Robert T. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Michael T. Smith (Ashley Akers-Smith) and Scott R. Smith (Nicole Smith); her grandsons, Jason Smith, Jonah and Jamison Akers; her nieces and nephews, Michele, Jake Freihaut and Christopher (Gina Freihaut); and her cousins, Madelyn, Bob, James and Richie. She is also survived by many other cousins, friends, and neighbors.
