He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Losowski and Carolyn Losowski (Longmuir); his aunt June Baldwin (Longmuir); and his cousin Ronnie Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Lori Canavera Losowski; his sister Rosemarie Downs; his brother-in-law Daniel; his sister Valerie Sweet; his brother-in-law Jim Sweet; his brother Steven Losowski; and his siblings' children, Morgan, Austin Downs, Kayla and Eliza Sweet. He is also survived by several aunts, many cousins, and countless dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Knott's Colonial Funeral Home (2946 S Broad St, Hamilton Township, NJ 08610). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mel's memory to an animal rescue of your choice.
