She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Kluk and Valeria Kluk (Czahur); her husband Stephen Jr.; her sons, Stephen III and Michael; her grandson Jonathan; and her siblings, Lillian, Joseph and Bernard.
She is survived by : her friends, May and Love The Galdis5; her children, Alan, Richard and Sharon Prouty; and her grandsons, David Prouty and Marc Pasternak. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
