He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Buzby, Sr. and Mildred Hoagland Buzby. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Hanson Buzby; his children, Carolyn Johnson (Chris) and J. Matthew (Dawn); his grandchildren, Zachary, Tristan Johnson, Bryce, Alexis, Ava and Reid Buzby; his brothers, Charles (Lori), Thomas (Pat) and Robert (Ceila); and his sister-in-law Adah Levin (Michael). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
