She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hauck and Eileen Hauck; her former husband William Ritzi; her husband Robert Klotzbach; and her sisters, Barbara Pyle and Joyce Vesuvio.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Ritzi and William Ritzi Jr.; her sister Judith Bonnesen; and her granddaughters, Megan Ritzi and Gianna Todaro. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Her generosity extended beyond her family, as she faithfully supported causes close to her heart, including her parish church, the Alzheimer's Association, Koinonia Academy, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any of the organizations or causes that were important to Norma.
