She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Porter and Mercedes Porter; and her husband Daniel Salvatore. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Salvatore (Sandra), Dawn Fallet (Mark) and David Salvatore. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Shelby's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
