He was predeceased by: his father Wolodymyr P. Tyshchenko. He is survived by: his mother Barbara E. Tyshchenko (Van Dyke); his brother Paul W. Tyshchenko; and his sibling's children, Ava Alexandra Tyshchenko and Paul W. Tyshchenko, II. He is also survived by his family, friends.
