He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Tiffany Hendry) and Erica L. Hendry; his siblings, James Hendry and June Brown; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Louise Hendry and Jackson James Hendry.

“Doug and I (cousins) were buddies when we were young. We went to the same high school. He was one yr behind me. Aunt Win and Uncle Jim always included me in their trips to Atlantic City. Doug and I had fun on the boardwalk and at our pool up the street from where I lived. He had built a big tree house in the woods up on the mountain. It went across 2 trees. He was a builder at heart right from the start. I admired how successful he became. Many fond memories. Susie”
