He was predeceased by : his parents, Hannah Bartok and Frederick C. Wenz Sr.; his son Dr. James Wenz; and his daughter-in-law Dr. Lydia Wenz. He is survived by : his wife Madeline DeBaro Wenz; his daughter Lisa Serridge of Lebanon, NJ; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brett, Adrianna, James and Madeline; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Skylar; and his pets, Slugger and Freddy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
