He was predeceased by: his parents, Magdaline Bauer and Charles Bauer; his former wife Frances M. Bauer; and his son Keith M. Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer A. Bauer; his daughter Lori A. Warden; his son-in-law James Warden; his stepson Chris Miller (Eilene); and his grandchildren, Colin Miller, Matti Miller and Tyler Warden.
