With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alexander Hood of Brick, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Hudson Hood; his son Garrett Kerr Hood; his parents, Alexander Stewart Hood and Sarah Clark; and his sister Margaret O'Brien.
He is survived by: his children, Lindsay Hood-Brownstein (Gregory) and Jeffery Hood (Gina).
