She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Gardiner and James Gardiner; her brothers, James and Edward; her husband Desmond; and her son Michael.

She is survived by: her children, Timothy, John (Maria Whitney), Barbara (Steven Horvath) and Jeannie (Ed Eriksen); her grandchildren, Veronica (Tony Beers), Claire (James Carneiro), Kyle (Kim), Nathan, Ian, Liam, Emily, Logan and Anna; her great grandchildren, Lilliana, Brielle, Willow and Natasha; and her sister Mary Timoney.
