He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Holubek and Adolph Phillips (Filipowski). He is survived by: his wife Maureen E Phillips of Point Pleasant; his son Chris Phillips (Sandra) of Point Pleasant; and his grandson Matthew Phillips. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
