He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Carol Ann Cerny. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Cerny of West Deptford, NJ and Scott Cerny (Karen Paluzzi) of Lyndhurst, NJ; his brother John David Cerny (Maggie) of Wyckoff, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Ercole of New Rochelle, NY and Carole Ercole of Venice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
