She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecilia Byrne and Andrew James Byrne; her son Thomas E. Donnelly, Jr.; her siblings, Paul, Dennis, Andrew, Robert Byrne and Kathleen Byrne Hathaway; her son-in-law Michael Gualdarrama; and her grandson Michael Gualdarrama.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Donnelly; her children, Kelly Ann Gualdarrama and Andrew J. Donnelly (Leinina Donnelly); her grandchildren, Erin Gualdarrama, Samantha Gualdarrama, Michaela Donnelly and Maxine Donnelly; and her great grandchildren, Michael Pinella, Lorenzo Grady, Hunter Lamela and Emily Class. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's honor to the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
