With sadness, we share the passing of Catherine Galligan of Brick, New Jersey. Catherine, born on September 9, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on September 20, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roth and Mary Roth; her husband Daniel; and her siblings, Mildred, Irene, Michael, Patricia and Teresa.
She is survived by: her children, Donna (Joseph), Geraldine (Anthony) and Daniel; her sister Margaret O'Hara; her grandchildren, Rachel and JP; her grandchild-in-law Courtney; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Gabrielle and Matthew. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals (3377 US-9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Ambrose Church (83 Throckmorton Ln, Old Bridge, NJ 08857).
