He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Starkey and Eleanor Starkey; his significant other Aileen; his children, Chip (Ray), Kevin (Sharon), Ellen (Danny), Megan (Anthony), Maureen (Chris), Aileen (Pete) and Patricia (Brian); and also Charlie. He was also cherished by his wife of nearly 65 years, his seven children and 17 grandchildren.
