He was predeceased by: his significant other Grace. He is survived by: his sons, Robert and Jeffrey Tapper; his children-in-law, Marci and Lauren; his grandchildren, Jack, Lila, Leah, Zachary and Max; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Sharon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home-Brick (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Whitelawn Cemetery (1119 Arnold Ave, Point Pleasant, NJ 08742).
