He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Tonry; his daughter Monica; his brothers, Francis and Timothy; and his cousin Edward Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Farrell; his children, Brian Tonry, Dennis Tonry (Margaret) and Christine LaCalle (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Brigid Blouin (Brady), Sean, Colin, Christopher, Patrick, Nicholas and Grace; his great grandchild Clara; his brothers, Alfred (Paula) and Jerome; his nieces, Kathleen and Evelyn; his cousin William "Billy" Kelly (Cheryl); and his family Irish.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Orender Family Home For Funerals (2643 Old Bridge Rd, Manasquan, NJ 08736). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Mark Church (215 Crescent Pkwy, Sea Girt, NJ 08750).
