He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dempsey and Helen Dempsey; his wife Mary Keenan (Dempsey); and his son Patrick J. Dempsey. He is survived by: his son Donald W. Dempsey (Lena); his daughter-in-law Donna Dempsey; his daughters, Mary Ellen Lowcher (Mark) and Eileen Odom (Carl); his brother William Dempsey (Rita) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Laura, Jennifer, Patrick, Donald, Emily, David, Kelly, Katelyn and Timothy. He is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
