He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chrzan and Anita Chrzan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Delores Chrzan (Furtado); his daughters, Shana Kudron (Mike) of Las Vegas, NV, Wendy Lloyd (Jon) of Point Pleasant, Jennifer Molinaro of Brick and Caitlyn DiFino of Forked River; his siblings, Donald Chrzan of Sayreville, David Chrzan (Dawn) of Sayreville and Darlene Hall (late Chuck Hall) of Canada; his grandchildren, Molly, Alex, Katey, Henry and Ryan; and his former wife Joy Chrzan of Toms River.
