She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Dorothy Fafara; and her husband Gilien Getz. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Getz of Norfolk, VA and John (Caroline Getz) of Brick, NJ; her grandson Jacob Getz; and her brother Richard (Anne Fafara) of Alexandria, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jean's memory to Church of Epiphany in Brick, NJ.
