He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Johnstone and James Johnstone; and his brother William Johnstone. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Johnstone (Leisentritt) of Brick; his children, Jennifer Morris (Logan) of Brick and Michael (Jessica) of Key West, FL; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Jocelyn, Lorelei, Bridget, Riley and Rebecca; his brother James Johnstone (Kimberly) of Brick; and his sister-in-law Laura Johnstone of Brick.
