John Skurat Sr. Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skurat and Anna Skurat; and his wife Patricia Ann Skurat. He is survived by: his children, John Skurat Jr., Robert Skurat, Thomas Skurat, Laura Citta and Jennifer Bauer; and his sister Gloria Osbourne. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weatherhead Young Funeral Home (885 Mantoloking Rd, Brick, NJ 08723). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Church of the Visitation (755 Mantoloking Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08723).

In lieu of flowers, donations in his honor may be made to the Popcorn Park Zoo in Lacey, NJ and the Jersey Shore Animal Center of Brick, NJ, causes close to John's heart.
