He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Bilby (Ziegler); and his parents, Samuel Bilby and Margaret Bilby. He is survived by: his children, John George Bilby (Carol Mendez) of Fair Lawn, Katherine Ann Olsen (Eric) of Ewing and Margaret Frances Bilby (Jarrett Feldman) of Neptune; and his grandchildren, Anna, Angelica and Joseph.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (2028 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719).
