She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kernan and Joan Kernan. She is survived by: her significant other Scottie; her siblings, Carleen Schocket (Scott) of Brick, Lynn Spero of Lakewood and Edward Kernan of Palms Springs; her siblings' children, Ryan, Steven Schocket and Nicole Pensabene; her great-nephews, Tyler and Zachary (Anthony); her great-niece Victoria McDonnell (Dylan); her aunt Carolyn Cottle; Dante.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2170 NJ-88, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martha Church (3800 Herbertsville Rd, Point Pleasant, NJ 08742). A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Anne's Cemetery (1610 Allenwood Rd, Wall Township, NJ 07719).
