She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Stanley Churchill and Gladys Churchill; and her siblings, Robert, Donald, Winston "Richard" Churchill and Carol DiChiara.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Leonardis, Sr. (Larry); her children, Michael Leonardis (Dianne) of Howell, NJ, Lori Diecidue (Salvatore) of Allentown, NJ and Lawrence Leonardis, Jr. (Frances) of Ringwood, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Allyson, Anthony, Francis and Lawrence. She is also survived by other loving relatives, nieces, and nephews.
