She is survived by: her husband Alex Kosty; her children, Cheryl O'Brien (Glenn), Lisa Dincolo (David) and Jeffrey Kosty (Patricia); her grandchildren, Kelley Brancaccio (Kenneth), Matthew O'Brien (Jessica), Sean O'Brien (Emily), Jennifer Kosty, James Kosty and Michael Kosty; and also, Taylor, Luke, Ryleigh, Tate and Maddie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Alzheimer's Association.
