She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Campbell and Elizabeth Campbell; her children, Beth Borsuk (Bob) and Scott Snyder (Shawna); her grandchildren, Nicole Borsuk (Andrew) and Bobby Borsuk; her stepdaughter Jodi Ann Hockert (Randy); her children, Erica and Savanna; her stepson Joe Simpson Jr. (Mary); her stepgrandchildren, Joe III, Ethan, Zachery and Anthony; and her siblings, Bill Campbell, Marge Labuda (Stan) and Ray (Bo).

Funeral plans for Pat are private, but if you like, you may make a donation in her name, to the Alzheimer's Association or your local animal shelter.
