He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kubik and Clair Kubik; and his brother John Kubik. He is survived by: his wife Leda Kubik of Brick; his sisters, Kathy Kubik and Trish Kubik (Bill); and his sister-in-law Judy Kubik.
