He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonia Fuentes-Vazquez and Santiago Vazquez-Mendoza; his wife Michele; his son Adam; and his sisters, Norma and Esther.
He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Boyd (Eric); his grandchildren, Sophia, Jackson, Shakira and Harrison; his siblings, Sylvia, Sara, Elizabeth (Benjamin Correa), Miriam, Diana (Richard Ramos), Ruth, David, Daniel (Carina Vazquez) and Elena (John Rosario); and his godchildren, Bethsaida Patterson and Ana Ramos. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leber Funeral Home (1245 Paterson Plank Rd, Secaucus, NJ 07094).
