We announce the death of Shirley Haley of Brick, New Jersey, who passed away on August 28, 2026, at the age of 77. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Sr.; and her children, Janine Decline and Paul Decline Jeffrey Haley Jr.. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren.
A memorial gathering was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home (47 E Main St, Freehold, NJ 07728).
