He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemarie Lucasiewicz of Keyport. He is survived by: his significant other Michele Beese; his sons, Matthew and Charles (Alex); his sister Patricia Hodge; his brother-in-law Michael Hodge; and his brothers, Michael Lucasiewicz (Jeanne Rapp) and Paul Lucasiewicz.
