He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Todd Maggio. He is survived by: his pet Julio; his wife Jo Ann Ligato-Icker; his stepson Scott Spies, Jr. (Cecilia Cosgrave); his mother-in-law Maria Ligato; his sister-in-law Lisa Maggio; and his nieces, Elise Marie and Rhianna Rae Menshon. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
