He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Maggio III; and his sister-in-law Tara Maggio. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Maggio; his mother Janice R. Maggio; his stepdaughters, Elise and Rhianna Menshon; his brothers, Joseph Maggio (Patricia), Kenneth Maggio (Doreen) and Jason Maggio; his mother-in-law Maria Ligato; his siblings-in-law, JoAnn and Thomas Icker; his siblings' children, Sage (Emily), Alexandria, Jagger, Daniella, Scott, Nicholas and Miley; his great-niece Blayke; his great-nephew Silas; and his close friends, Robert Tucci (Anna) and Louie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home-Brick (505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic's Church (250 Old Squan Rd, Brick Township, NJ 08724). An entombment will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Ocean County Memorial Park (1722 Silverton Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753).
