He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa "Terry" Eckhoff; his parents, George Eckhoff and Helen Eckhoff; and his brothers, Christopher and Richard Eckhoff.
He is survived by: his daughter Leigh-Anne Lombardi; his daughter-in-law Annie Lombardi; his grandson Cooper Lombardi; his stepson Stephen Smith; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Smith; and his granddaughter Jasmine Smith. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, niece, nephews, and lifelong friends.
