He was predeceased by: his parents, William (Rosemary Ann Cook) and NJ. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Cook (Bridget Barrett) of Pittsburgh, PA, Matthew Cook and Nicole Cook of Cal; his grandson Kieran Cook; and his sister Patricia Cook Naffin of Brick Twp.
