It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. McCabe of Brick, New Jersey, born in New York, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact William had on those he encountered along his journey. Though William may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. McCabe and Anna V. McCabe; and his former wife Patricia McCabe. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne McCabe; and his son Brian W. McCabe (Yasmine Shah) of Asbury Park.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home (2028 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Martha (3800 Herbertsville Rd, Point Pleasant, NJ 08742).
