She was predeceased by : her parents, Phoebe Lee Riley and Clifton Franklin Smith; her stepfather James (Riley); and her brothers, Clifton Franklin Talley, Vincent and Jesse Smith.

She is survived by : her siblings, Patricia Smith of Bridgeton, NJ, Sheila Talley, Hannah Talley of Philadelphia, PA, Jamal Smith of Moody, TX, Edward Talley, Douglas Talley, Benny Scott of Philadelphia, PA and Robert Timmons of Newport News, VA.; and her close friends, Mecca and Clemet. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
