He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Johnson and Effie Childress Johnson; his wife Millicent Johnson; and his son Eddie Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kimberlee A. Rizzo (Albert) of Deerfield Twp and Michael D. Johnson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Laurel Lawn Cemetery (170 Old Deerfield Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302).
