It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward A. Peterson (Bridgeton, New Jersey), who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Peterson and Ella D. Peterson (Rapp); and his sister Dorothy Ellen Turnbow. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Robert Turnbow of Colorado; and his nephews, Wayne Turnbow of Colorado and Neal Turnbow of Illinois.

“Edward was my dear friend since he and I studied piano with Mrs. Ella van Ardsdale in the 1940's. After her death, we rode the Greyhound bus together to study at the Philadelphia Conservatory of Music. He was seven years older than I was, and was my teacher in more ways than I can say! After I moved to the West coast, I visited Edward in his beautiful home, surrounded by gardens, whenever I went "home." I have missed him all these years and miss him more than ever now!
