She was predeceased by: her father Allen P. Rauschert; and her siblings, Allen Rauschert and Helen Scarloto. She is survived by: her mother Wilma M. Rauschert; her siblings, Iva Zanni, John Rauschert, Margie Todd, Larry Rauschert and Susan Wallace; her husband Clarence A. Higbee, Jr.; her children, Clarence A. Higbee, III (Kathy), Cynthia M. Fuller (William), Clifford A. Higbee Sr. (Marion) and Charles M. Higbee (Mitzi); her grandchildren, Robin Higbee (Jackie), Clifford Higbee Jr. (Hillary), Michelle Sheppard (TJ), Gabrielle Horseman (Kevin), Tia Higbee and Tori Higbee; and her great grandchildren, Clifford Higbee 3rd, Savannah Higbee, Thomas Higbee, Landon Sheppard, Mason Sheppard and Nathan Sheppard.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (197 Main St, Cedarville, NJ 08311).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Downe Township Fire & Rescue, an organization dear to Elizabeth's heart.
