He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Franklin and Lillian Werner Franklin (Miller); and his sisters, Joann Riley (Kevin), Doris Lloyd (Michael) and Alverna Sinex. He was also cherished by nine nieces and nephews and thirteen great-nieces and great-nephews.
