He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams Jr. and George D. Simpson Sr. (Dorothy Simpson); his grandparents, Holly Scurry Sr., Callie Scurry, James Williams Sr. and Lillian Williams; and his brothers, Ronald Simpson, Ricky Dawkins, Walter Dawkins and Jimmy Williams, III.
He is survived by: his friend Ernest Lee Tucker-McCoy, Sr.; his cousins, Stanley Burrus, Max Scurry, Terry Victor, Jerry Victor and Tyrone Victor; and his siblings, Robert H Simpson, Florence Ruiz (Nelson), George Simpson, Jr. (Jeannette), Juanita White (Marvin), Donald Scurry, Jerome Scurry, Dorothy Garrison, Edward Scurry, Colleen Reddie (Lowell), Callie Wynder (Benjamin) and Barbara Ward (Chip). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:11 AM at the St James Baptist Church (668 Gershal Ave, Pittsgrove, NJ 08318). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Fordville Cemetery (680 Fordville Rd, Bridgeton, NJ 08302).
