He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine C Howell; and his parents, James B Howell Jr. and Catherine S. Howell. He is survived by: his brother Joseph M Howell, Sr.. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Padgett Funeral Home (1107 NJ-77, Bridgeton, NJ 08302).
