He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Preston and Ellen Preston; his son Brian Blizzard; and his close friend Bonnie Blizzard. He is survived by: his children, James A. Preston, Jr., Leslie Blizzard and Beth Blizzard; his grandchildren, Brianna Preston, Ryan Willis and Hayden Willis; and his sisters, Paula Stemple (Kevin) of West Virginia and Kathy Hardesty (Rex) of West Virginia.
