He is survived by: his children, John Spatola, Jr., Samuel Spatola, Samantha Hickman (Dougie) and Miranda Roberts (Will); his grandchildren, Skylar, Sammy, Faith, Isabella, Breanna, Aubree, Leilani and Elliana; and his brother Samuel Spatola, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
