He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Rosado Waters of Sicklerville, NJ; his brother Randolph Jr. Waters (Tracy) of Ocean City, NJ; his nephew Randolph Waters 3rd of Medford Lakes, NJ; his parents-in-law, Benny and Mary Rosado of Puerto Rico; his siblings-in-law, Janise Colon (Damian) of Vineland, NJ, Ralph Perez (Mildred) of Vineland, NJ and Benny Jr. Rosado (Judy) of Vineland; and his nieces, Angela and Tiffany Gonzalez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family and friends.
