He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chiari and Josephine Ottaviani Chiari; his daughter Joann C. Cervini; his granddaughter Ashley Marie Chiari; and his siblings, John Chiari, Laura Chiari and Barbara Marcucci.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Chiari (Linda) of Warren, MI, Karen Kelly (Tim) and Anthony Chiari (Jacqueline) of Galloway Township; his grandchildren, Amanda, Caitlin, Cristin, Andrew, Rosie, Patsy, Brittany, Matthew, David and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Maddie, Lilly and Ethan.
